How To Change Your Windows 7 Shell and Explorer

1.first you must download the Patcher for the windows 7 theme is Universal Theme Pacther Here

for 32bit n 64bit you can download here!

2.after you download your universal theme pacther you must run the universal theme pachter and than will come attention like this

choose yes

3.then clcik all of the patch like this

4.you must restart your computer to take effect to your computer
5.then your themes can be applied
